Billings
All new patients and anyone not seen at our practice
for 3 years or more will be privately billed for the first
3 visits – this does not apply to children ≤10 years old.
From 1 November 2023, patients that hold a current Centrelink
pension card, health care card or is ≤16 years of age, will
now be bulk billed.
Medicare have made some positive changes towards bulk billing patients
that hold a current Commonwealth concession card (Centrelink pension and health care cards)
which has enabled this to occur.
The new rates for everyone else are below:

Full payment is required at the time of consultation.
WORKERS COMPENSATION / CTP INSURANCE
Workers Compensation / CTP Insurance consultations are billed at the relevant SIRA rates.
Patients are responsible for payment until all claim details have been provided (and in the event the claim is denied). All consultations are to be paid on the day.
Once the claim has been accepted, and a claim number issued we will then bill the insurance company directly.
